Try the Hampton Inn in Jonesboro next time. There is a Kroger close by. Nothing to do so eat before and get in late afternoon.
DON"T FORGET an hour earlier, so get up and go to the gym!!! I'm in lobby at 5:40 all ready to go. Sigh. I'm going to the Waffle House.

Modeled in K, 1 and 2 and teachers and admin and support came. Behavior is an issue in Caroline Smith and also long term sub in First grade.
Hoping to meet with teachers in the afternoon. 2 hour drive to airport.
Admin totally on board. Melanie Spence spent most of the day with me. Jennifer and Becky as well. Second grade is a bit grrr so they will be the ones to win over. K and 1 are on board. I modeled the following in each class:
Drill Sounds, Build words and tapped. In 2nd I really reviewed as they were not really solid with Unit 1 and I also modeled bonus letters a little, but I've asked them to reteach if they didn't get 80% mastery. They were all about making copies of test and sending home but I think I talked them out of this. Bring some food from Kroger again.
