Organization
So, I need to open up the Capitol Sedan emails back to me and confirm the schools are correct. Today, I am starving, tired and want to be on my way back to the hotel, but the driver went to the wrong school. They said I wrote tomorrow's school in my email, but I can't even find the sent email to confirm that I wrote the wrong thing. So from now on, I will open the confirmation and verify the school....duh!

Columbus OH in February
Columbus continued
So the water at the airport is nasty. Water fountain, yuck. Now I know why the waiter asked me if I wanted bottled or tap. I've never been asked that before in an airport restaurant. Ewwww.Go for bottle next time

COLUMBUS, OH
So I realized this was where I found the German village with Schiller Park and went to a lovely dinner at Lindy's restaurant at 169 E. Beck St. I definitely need to do this again. What a great experience to see this cool spot.
So I stayed at the Holiday Inn this time as the Hampton Inn in Lancaster about 30 min away, was a bit noisy and not as pretty of a place as Logan. I think I stayed in Lancaster the last visit. I just went to a local Mexican restaurant across from the HI. So HI had all kinds of hunters there and they were really noisy at 5:30. I had to wait at the HI check in for about 10 min while the girl was MIA. She showed up talking to someone trying to make a reserve and took forever to get my room with no smiles or apologies. The 2 girls who work during the day made up for her. I don't have much choice so I think I'll stay at the HI on Grey street in Logan again. Logan is really a pretty town with hills and lots of land. I went to Hocking Hills Elem and it was a beautiful drive in the middle of nowhere. Central Elem was right down town. The teachers I saw had great attitudes so I'm looking forward to coming back 3 more times. I think I'll try to fly in fairly early so I can revisit Lindy's and Germantown.
No phone service up on the mountain. Came back but didn't go to Lindy's. Coming back in April, so will make this happen.

Laughter
What would we do without it! Lots of funny stories in Greensboro. Missed Carla eating with us. Needed to hear her funniness!
